I couldn't decide if it would be funnier to pretend like there wasn't a tremendous gap in between this and the last episode, or make up some phony bologna (I can't believe those two words rhyme) excuse as to what happened. So, instead I am just explaining my thought process. That's good enough, right? Anyways, listen to this episode! It's 6 minutes of me telling you what to look forward to...IN THE FUTURE!!! Also, I rave about 2 movies that are still in theaters! How relevant! Unless you are getting this episode like 3 months from now. Then this must feel like a real blast from the past. A lot of time talk here. ANYWAYS, carry on!

We're coming back soon. I promise an audio explanation before the next episode, which will be centered around a discussion of The Hunger Games. I do apologize for our LONG absence, but trust me when I say we have been missing doing the show like crazy.

Join the gruesome twosome of Andrew and Robert as they discuss some movies they've seen recently! Robert talks Chronicle and The Son of Sam. Andrew talks about Toy Story 3! Then we are joined by our special guest, straight from Europe, Ronald Emmerich! Ronald is the lesser known brother of director Roland Emmerich. We're also not completely sure of his nationality. German? French? Russian? Maybe a little Borat? He truly is a cultural chameleon. Anyways, he kind of joins us as Robert talks about Super.
Robert would like to plug the recut Mrs. Doubtfire trailer! Andrew would like to plug Puppybowl VIII!

Heavy emphasis on the two. This week, Robert and Andrew come together and talk some movie jargon. Andrew is a man of his word and did indeed watch the Roland Emmerich apocalyptic thriller 2012. Tune in to find out what he thought of it. Robert tells us what he thought of The Artist and Hugo. Andrew talks Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. Robert the shares his quick thoughts on Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar movie.
Robert would like to plug all the movies he talked about. Andrew would like to once again plug this current season of Parks and Recreation.

Welcome back! It's the first episode of 2012 and The Nerds For Reel are here to talk some movies! Unfortunately, Travis slipped into a wormhole and ended up showing up here on January 9th, 2011. So hopefully he'll get back into our time soon. Andrew, Robert and Ben are here and ready to talk about movies we've seen recently! Andrew talks for probably too long about Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Robert talks about The Artist and (SPOILS THE MONSTER of) Apollo 18. Ben talks about 12 Angry Men and Crumb. Then, since we've all seen it recently we talk about how much we liked Tucker and Dale Vs Evil AND how much we dislike the trailer! We urge everyone to see the movie, THEN listen to our conversation/review of the movie! In honor of the year 2012, we'll be watching a pretty lousy disaster movie. Can you guess which one?
Ben plugs Grump Toast! Robert plugs smiling with your eyes! Andrew plugs Children's Hospital!
